How long to bake pork ribs?

We usually bake the pork ribs at 180ºC (350ºF) and it takes for this recipe 1 hour and 45 minutes but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF) it takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes. These are really good, just made them for the second time. This time I used just a bit of olive oil to cover each rib, no more than 1/4 cup total. I added some chicken broth and they came out really nice and tender. I also added a garlic powder seasoning mix and a bit of cinnamon.

Next time I’m going to try to make up a marinade to add a big more flavor into the meat.
