Scheduling my appointment was very easy. I was taken to my room almost immediately but had to wait at least 1/2 hour for the provider. He prescribed medicine that I told him I had at home, so that was weird. Nice guy but I think he felt rushed.

Because I was visiting the state and flying back home the next day, my visit was urgent for other reasons other than medical. Staff was friendly and helpful to get me in same day especially when I came in two hours prior to closing. I couldn’t be seen at the Covington location and they helped me make an appt for another location that could take me in right away. If the staff didn’t make that happen I wouldn’t have been able to fly back home the next day. I appreciate them so much.

I had a cough for a couple of days and tried to make an appt at other Urgent Care offices of MultiCare but they were full. But last Friday morning there was an opening and I grabbed it! Everything was great. The staff was so very nice to me and the PA I saw was also! I would recommend you to everyone! Than you!

I scheduled my appointment yesterday for today. It was easy to do. When I arrived this morning I was met with very friendly people. I appreciate that because I was feeling very sick. My doctor was Dale. He was very nice and helpful. I don’t remember my nurses name, but she was very, pleasing and helpful which made me feel a lot better. They were so helpful and I appreciated it so much thank you.
