How many passives do you get from quests in Poe? ›

Characters can accrue 99 passive skill points from levels, 23 skill points from quests, with 1 more if they Deal with the Bandits by killing them all. Players can refund skill points placed using Orbs of Regret, Gold or the 20 skill refund points from quests.
