This was my first time at this salon. The person that did my manicure was ok, however, his work station was dirty. He needed acetone to fix one of my nails so he poured a small amount on the "dirty" work station and dipped the brush in it and then used it on my nail. The overall salon was not very clean looking . I will not return.

The lady who helped me was rough, careless and rude. She cut my nails in a very sloppy way. When I asked her to shape the nails, she got pissed off and had an attitude- told me to go wash my hands. I washed, then told her I would pay her for the services she had performed so far, and I left. It is not my wish to pay money for someone to be rough and disrespectful. I won't be back.

This place is noisy and irritating voices because they speak Vietnamese. We go to a spa to relax but you can't relax here because they talk so loud in their language. Also they'd laugh to their customers who has too much callous in their feet. They'll be showing to everyone what is in the callous remover. They are so unprofessional and not respectful. Maybe that's the way they conduct business in Vietnam. When they do business in the US then speak English to show the customers are respected. It's customer service that is important and not about them being Vietnamese.

I received a new set of acrylic nails my technician used red powder. I didn't realize I would need a new set again instead of a fill unless I used red polish always and who does that!!!! I will never go back there!!! Demi (nail tech) was only trying to make more money from me. New set every time!!! Nope bye!
