Stopped in for a pedicure today. I’ve been here before and it’s usually decent but expensive. Worst experience by far this time around. Guy who did my pedicure was in a wrinkled shirt that looked like he slept in it, he didn’t greet me or ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. I asked three times for the treatment with the oranges before he figured it out. Aromatherapy that is usually added to the water wasn’t added. No beverage offered. I had to ask for the polish colors because they weren’t ever brought over, when I picked one he tried painting my toes with an old bottle that was all nasty. I had to pick another color and he seemed to struggle with every step of the pedicure. Worst part was he was on his phone off and on the whole time. To top it off the pay system was down so they asked for Venmo or Zelle but didn’t mention this until services were done. Guy who did my pedicure had no idea how to help me get checked out and ended up just walking away and another lady helped me.

Came here for the first time this morning. I’m a review kind of girl, so I do my research about places before i spend my hard earned money. I had the ooh manicure with Paul, he did not disappoint. I did not have an appt, but they welcome walk-ins. Let’s just say I left there feeling like a brand new version of myself. I gotta treat myself more often. And don’t even get me started on all of the color choices, there are 2 walls fiilled with dip and gel colors to choose from.

I have an absolutely wonderful experience everytime I come here. It’s an awesome atmosphere and all the employees take their time and do a good job. Jackie did a fantastic job on my nails and even stayed after closing tonight to get them exactly how she wanted.

I barely started getting manicures this year and am still a little nervous when I go to new places but they are so welcoming and helpful when you come in. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is fantastic. Highly recommended I Touch Day Spa. I truly enjoy going in there for many reasons. One of them is that I love the way my nails look but other than that I also just enjoy the company and the conversation and the energy in the shop. Absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own.

Worst nail shop I have ever been to!! not only was the nail tech extremely rough she cut my toenail and ripped it in a way that now makes it feel like a ingrown she was also rude while doing it . she did not even know how to apply the gel Polish properly and argued with me about it being dry I left with sticky nails because she refused to fix it. Demi T # 003 you should never touch anyone’s nails

I came to I Touch Day Spa and everyone was so nice when I entered. Pleased with the happy gel manicure. They’re always really friendly. The customer service is five star and their job is AMAZING I don’t think ever in my life my nails looked this good. Nail tech did an amazing job cleaning up my cuticles!

Nails came out with a bunch of dips and craters, uneven, and lumpy. All the lengths are different as well. I need my hails short for work and the woman ended up filing the tips of fingers instead of just my nails, it was really painful. The acrylic is already separating from my nail as well, I went in 5 days ago so there’s no reason that should be happening already. Over 55 for cheap looking nails.

Price is worth for what you are paying:) Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I Touch Day Spa did truly an amazing job. Very nice environment. Had a great experience, I got a manicure done and it came out perfect.

This is it! I was reluctant to write a review but here I am, unfortunately. I gave this a 2-star review because the place was nice and relaxing. However, here is the picture of my toes! I flew in from Texas for a getaway vacation. My girlfriend and I went on Sunday after a wonderful church service to this place on June 20. My polish has always stayed on for a month if not longer without chipping.

I saw the review right before mine and that same guy did my full set. It was the worst set I have ever had and he was also on his phone the entire time he did my nails. I gave this place another chance and went back for a fill. The lady fixed the shape but my fill lines looked the same as when I went in and my gel polish peeled the same day on 2 nails. I will not be going back.
